FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When I Place An Order On-line, When Does My Credit Card Get Charged?

Your credit card will get charged when you place your order. We have a “pre-pay” policy to protect us from the fraudulent use of credit cards. We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).

May I Pay By Check?

No. We will not be accepting payment by check.

What About Taxes?

Customers who live in Pennsylvania will be charged the Pennsylvania 6% sales tax. For customers who live outside of Pennsylvania in other destinations (See “How Much Is Shipping And Handling?” below), there may be taxes, duties, tariffs and other governmental charges that we may be required to collect and they would be added to your order.

How Much Is Shipping And Handling?

We have FREE SHIPPING and HANDLING for any destination within the contiguous 48 states of the United States. Shipping and handling charges for destinations outside of the contiguous 48 states of the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico and international destinations) vary by destination and country. For information regarding shipping and handling charges to those destinations, please contact us directly at 1-866-6TOCKEY (1-866-686-2539) or email us, orders@tockey.com.

How Will My Table Be Transported And Delivered?

For deliveries to any destination within the contiguous 48 states of the United States (See “How Much Is Shipping And Handling?” above) your table will be transported and delivered by a trucking company known as a “common carrier.” The trucking company will provide a “Tailgate Delivery.” That is, the driver will move your table to the back of the truck. At that point, you will need someone else to help you remove your table from the truck and move it into your building or residence. YOUR TABLE IS A HEAVY / BULKY ITEM. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN HELP YOU WITH IT. “Common carriers” deliver only Monday through Friday. Typically, the trucking company will contact you by telephone to schedule the delivery date and time. Our estimated delivery date(s) are approximate and are subject to scheduling changes. We are not responsible for delays in delivery.

What If My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

Please inspect the carton thoroughly prior to signing off on any of the trucking company’s paperwork. On rare occasions, the carton containing one of our tables is damaged during shipment. Please be sure to note any damage to the carton on the delivery paperwork before you sign it. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the trucking company. In either event, contact us as soon as possible at 1-866-6-TOCKEY (1-866-686-2539).

Should I Inspect My Table After I Open The Carton?

Absolutely. After you open the carton, inspect your table. If there are any problems with your table, you must notify us within five (5) days. If you don’t, you will be deemed to have “accepted” your table and won’t be able to “reject” it or “revoke acceptance.” Rather, you only will be able to make claims under our “Limited Warranty.” (See “What Is The Warranty Policy?” below.)

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Although the trucking company may deliver your order Monday through Friday (see “How Will My Order Be Transported And Delivered?” above), trucking companies pick up your order from us only on Fridays. If you call us before noon on Thursday, we will be able to cancel your order before it is picked up from us by the trucking company and there will not be any charge for your cancellation. If you don’t call us before noon on Thursday, it will be too late for us to cancel the shipment and you will be responsible for all round-trip freight charges and a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. These charges and fees will be deducted from any refund we may pay to you.

What Is The Return Policy?

Please be careful when ordering your table and let us know if we can be of assistance. Always measure the space where you intend to place your table. If you desire to return your table after it has been delivered to you, you must call us to get a return authorization. Otherwise, you are responsible and will be charged all round-trip freight charges and a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. These charges and fees will be deducted from any refund we may pay to you. Items will not be authorized for return after fifteen (15) days from the delivery date. Returns must be in their original packaging.

What Is The Warranty Policy?

Our warranty is a “LIMITED WARRANTY.” We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our table will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship, under normal use, for a period of ninety (90) days after the original purchase date.

If you discover such a defect in materials and/or workmanship within the ninety-(90) day warranty period, and you notify us promptly, then, at our option, we may provide you with new or refurbished replacement parts or products. New or refurbished replacement parts will be shipped to you at our expense. Any labor required will be at your sole expense. At our sole discretion, we may request that you send or return the defective parts or product, at your shipping expense, to us at an address to be provided.

Our “LIMITED WARRANTY” is your SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY and in is lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy and correspondence with description, all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed by us.

Our “LIMITED WARRANTY” excludes and does not cover: (1) physical damage to the surface of the table as the result of normal use of the table, including but not limited to, scratches, scuffs, dents or other marks; (2) any damage incurred as the result of accident, fire, misuse, abuse, neglect, or any other cause beyond the range of the table’s intended use or beyond our control; and (3) any damage resulting from accident or mishandling during shipment to you.

We shall NOT BE LIABLE for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, loss of revenue, loss of business or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this table, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified in this warranty is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Our entire liability shall be limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price paid, at our option.

DISCLAIMER: Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
